Parking Area. Developer shall provide a parking area for ADOT for at least 100 vehicles 27 (85 staff/15 visitors). The parking area must be reasonably level (all-weather surface and 28 all-weather access). The parking area must include an additional lockable fenced 29 parking area to accommodate 25 ADOT vehicles.
Parking Area. All Common Area (except sidewalks and service delivery facilities) now or hereafter designated by Landlord for the parking or access of motor vehicles, including roads, traffic lanes, vehicular parking spaces, landscaped areas and walkways, and including any parking structure constructed during the Term. Landlord and/or its successors may, by written notice to Tenant, elect in their sole discretion to increase and/or decrease the Parking Area from time to time during the Term for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation an election by Landlord and/or its successors in their sole discretion to make changes to the buildings situated in the Project, and/or to subdivide, sell, exchange, dispose of, transfer, or change the configuration of all or any portion of the Parking Area from time to time), so long as such changes to the Parking Area do not reduce the number of parking spaces available for Tenant's use below the minimum requirements set forth in PARAGRAPH 37 for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days or more. No such subdivision, sale, exchange, disposition, transfer, or change to the configuration of all or any portion of the Parking Area shall cause the Parking Area to be increased or decreased unless and until Landlord has given Tenant written notice of such increase or decrease.
Parking Area. Parking Area" shall mean that portion that of the Property which is for the parking of motor vehicles. The Parking Area is to be shared by Tenant in common with other users of space in the Building.
Parking Area. Parking Area. Parking Area" shall mean that portion of the Land which is or is to be paved and otherwise improved or designated unimproved land for the parking of motor vehicles.
Parking Area. Developer shall provide parking area for at least 55 vehicles (50 staff/5 46 visitors) at each field office. The parking area must be reasonably level (all-weather 1 surface and all-weather access). The parking area must include an additional lockable 2 fenced parking area to accommodate 25 ADOT vehicles.
Parking Area. Tenant shall have the right to use in common with the other tenants in the building the parking spaces as provided by Landlord adjacent to the building for parking of Tenant's automobiles and those of its employees and visitors, subject to the rules and regulations now or hereafter adopted by Landlord. Tenant shall not use nor permit any of its employees, agents or visitors to use any parking area owned by Landlord other than the parking area adjacent to the assigned to the building. If Landlord deems it advisable, Landlord may set aside a part of the total parking field for use as a separate area for visitors. Landlord reserves the right to adopt any regulations necessary to curtail unauthorized parking, including the required use of "parking permits."
Parking Area. The area which, during the Term of this Lease, is to be provided as parking for the Building is herein called the “Parking Area”. Landlord and Tenant have contemporaneously herewith entered into a lease (the “** Lease”) for office and computer facility space in that certain building (the “**”) to which the Building is to be annexed. The parking area provided to Tenant pursuant to the ** Lease is referred to therein and herein as the “**”. The Parking Area and the ** comprise the same parking spaces. The Parking Area shall consist of all of the parking spaces located on the Site, plus the 113 parking spaces located on the parcel known as the “** Parcel” in the location identified on Exhibit I attached hereto. The Parking Area is provided for Tenant’s use free of charge (except that Tenant remains obligated to pay the charges and expenses associated with the Parking Area pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof). Landlord shall have the right to reconfigure the portion of the Parking Area located on the ** Parcel, so long as the number of parking spaces thereon (i.e., 113) remains the same and Tenant’s ability to use the Parking Area is not interrupted. Tenant shall be permitted to park semi-tractor trailers—for the temporary storage and operation of diesel fuel and generators - on the portion of the Parking Area located immediately adjacent to the **, on the north side, but only in the event of an emergency, casualty or other event during which Tenant reasonably requires such capability, provided that Tenant complies with applicable Environmental Laws (as defined in the Addendum to the Lease), and does not unreasonably interfere with other tenants’ access to or use of the Premises. Throughout the Term, Landlord shall maintain a stairway from the portion of the Parking Area located on the ** Parcel to the portion of the Parking Area located on the Site, and shall provide lighting in the Parking Area commensurate with the lighting currently provided in the Parking Area.”

Parking Area. Tenant for itself, its employees, customers and invitees, shall have the non-exclusive right during the Lease Term and all renewals thereof, to use the parking area, adjacent to the Building, in common with Landlord and Landlord’s other tenants, their employees, customers and invitees. Said parking area shall be for the joint use of Landlord and all tenants in the Park and for the use of the customers, employees, visitors, and invitees of said tenants for driveway, walking or parking purposes. If an employee parking area is established, Tenant shall require Tenant’s employees to park therein. Tenant shall not at any time interfere with the right of Landlord and Landlord’s other tenants, their employees, customers and invitees, to use any part of said parking area.
