Parking and Traffic. (a) Landlord has advised Tenant that the approval of the Britannia Oyster Point project by the City of South San Francisco was conditioned upon, among other things, Landlord's development and implementation of a Transportation Demand Management Plan (the "TDMP") pursuant to which Landlord is required to undertake various measures to try to reduce the volume of traffic generated by the Center. Landlord covenants with Tenant that Landlord will use reasonable efforts to try to reduce the volume of traffic generated by the Center, as contemplated by the TDMP, including (but not limited to) substantially complying with any specific measures required by the City of South San Francisco or its Redevelopment Agency. Tenant hereby agrees (i) to designate one of its employees to act as a liaison with Landlord's designated transportation coordinator in facilitating and coordinating such programs as may be required from time to time by governmental agencies and/or by the terms of the TDMP to reduce the traffic generated by the Center (as required by the City of South San Francisco as part of the conditions of approval of this project) and to facilitate and encourage the use of public transportation, (ii) to make reasonable efforts to encourage cooperation and participation by Tenant's employees in the programs implemented from time to time pursuant to the TDMP, including (but not limited to) programs described in this Section 21.20, and (iii) to cooperate with Landlord's designated transportation coordinator in identifying an appropriate area within each Building where an information kiosk can be maintained for the dissemination of transportation-related information, to be updated from time to time by Landlord's designated transportation coordinator.

Parking and Traffic. A Company not in collaboration with ASU and is filming for commercial use, will pay parking and traffic control costs. Company will pay ASU separately for all parking needs such as vehicle parking, barricades, rehearsal parking and DPS Traffic. Company must coordinate all parking arrangements with ASU at least three business days prior to commencement of filming.
Parking and Traffic. Subject to the Incorporation Provisions, Section 21.20 of the Original Master Lease (as amended by Section 1(g) of the Master Amendment) is hereby incorporated by reference, except for the following provisions which require payment of a monthly fee for parking: (A) the fourth sentence of Section 21.20(b) of the Original Master Lease, which begins with the phrase “The monthly fee”, (B) the last parenthetical sentence of Section 21.20(b) of the Original Master Lease, and (C) clause (ii) of Section 1(g) of the Master Amendment. Parking and Traffic. The parties anticipate that CCA’s use of the Property will bring additional vehicular traffic to the area. Except for official City vehicles or CCA vehicles necessary to transport equipment to and from the Property or to otherwise maintain the Property, parking shall only be allowed on CCA property, and shall not be allowed on the Property or abutting public right-of-way, absent written permission by the City. Unauthorized vehicles will be cited and/or towed at the owner’s expense. Drop-off and pick-up of students at the Property will not be allowed. It is the responsibility of CCA to convey these rules to the students, coaches, faculty, and parents, and for CCA to enforce said rules.

Parking and Traffic. VIOLATIONS Renter shall be responsible for any and all parking and traffic violation fines and penalties arising out of use or operation of Vehicle during the period of the rental and agrees to pay or indemnify and hold Daily Rental Company harmless in event Daily Rental Company pays such fines and penalties on behalf of Renter, and to reimburse Daily Rental Company for all its collection and other expenses including attorney fees relating to same. Renter and Additional Renter(s) authorize Daily Rental Company in connection with claimed violations of parking or traffic laws arising out of use or operation of Vehicle by Renter and/or any such Additional Renter(s), to release to any governmental agency having jurisdiction thereof any information relating to Renter or any such Additional Renter(s) which Daily Rental Company has in its possession.

Actual overtime amount to be invoiced at the conclusion of the event. o Access will remain open on Linn Street to the city-owned parking lots. • Regarding state placement: Per updated map and discussion with Engineering, barricades would be placed no farther than 13’ in front of the stop line. Pavement is marked so there will no questions, and we will be able to tell if someone moves the barricades. The tent legs can encroach partially into the crosswalk, as long as there is still at least 5’ of clear space within the crosswalk. The 13’ will extend into the intersection, but only partially into the parking lanes.
