Park Rules. 14.1 It may be necessary or desirable to change the Park Rules from time to time including for reasons of health and safety, the efficient running of the park, environmental issues or regulations imposed upon us, in which case we will notify you in writing to your current address.
Park Rules. The park owner may make rules about the use, enjoyment, control and management of the residential park. The rules constitute terms of this agreement. The park owner must give a copy of the park rules to the resident at least fourteen (14) days before this agreement is signed. The park owner can make written amendments to the park rules. An amendment will have no effect unless the park owner has consulted with the park’s residents committee, considered their views and given fourteen (14) clear days’ written notice of the amendment to each resident. A rule that is inconsistent with the Act or purports to exclude, modify or restrict the operation of the Act is void (unless the inconsistency, exclusion, modification or restrictions is expressly permitted under the Act).
Park Rules. DISPOSAL OF WASTE- Carry-in, carry-out. The User is responsible for the collection of all garbage, trash bags, litter, and debris generated during the event. Trash is the responsibility of the User and all bags and trash must be removed from the premise prior to departure of the event. You must bring your own trash bags. We appreciate your efforts to leave the park clean for others to use. ALCOHLIC BEVERAGES- Per city ordinance, no person in a park shall have brought liquor, nor shall any person drink liquor at any time, in any park area- including parking areas. It is also unlawful for any person to enter or be in a park while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. NOISE ORDINANCE- If a noise complaint is made to the police of excessive noise, the police will come and ask that the noise level be lowered. If a second complaint is made to the police and the people making the complaint are willing to testify in court, arrests could be made. Somersworth Recreation is not responsible for any complaints made against your group or party. No audio/speaker equipment will be used after 9:00 p.m. BARBEQUES- Users are welcome to have barbeques utilizing the charcoal grill on- site. Please do not dump coals or grease in park trash receptacles. Recreation staff will empty out the grills when the coals have been cooled. BONFIRES- Bonfires of any nature or size are prohibited within the confines of any city park unless an appropriate city permit has been attained. GLASS CONTAINERS- No glass container of any kind is allowed on the park property. If glass containers are found after the event the security deposit will not be refunded back to the renter.
Park Rules. The tenant will strictly comply with Park Rules. The tenant further agrees that the landlord may, upon two weeks written notice, make changes or additions to the Park Rules as deemed necessary for the best interests of the Park and its tenants.
Park Rules. SS acknowledges it has read and understands the following rules governing the use of the premises and other facilities, has explained them to participants, and has agreed to follow them. SS understands that the activity may be suspended immediately and/or the participants may lose the privilege of use of the Premises and other facilities if rules are not followed.
Park Rules. User agrees to follow all park rules, including no driving or parking on grass, and educate its participants on those rules as needed.
Park Rules. Tenant understands and agrees the Cottonwood Springs Park Rules are a part of this Agreement, are incorporated herein by this reference and any breach of said Rules shall constitute a default under this Agreement.
Park Rules. The PARK OWNER may make rules about the use, enjoyment, control and management of the residential park and the rules will be taken to constitute terms of this agreement. The PARK OWNER must give a copy of any residential park rules to the RESIDENT at the time the PARK OWNER and the RESIDENT enter into this agreement. The PARK OWNER may make written amendments to the residential park rules. An amendment to the residential park rules will have no effect unless the PARK OWNER has given fourteen (14) clear days’ written notice of the amendment to each resident. A rule that is inconsistent with the Act or purports to exclude, modify or restrict the operation of the Act is (unless the inconsistency, exclusion, modification or restrictions is expressly permitted under the Act) to that extent void.
Park Rules. The Forested Tract Access Instrument shall specify that the Forested Tract is subject to the versions of VMC Chapter 15.04 ("Park Rules") and VMC Chapter 15.08 that are in effect as of the Application Date, as modified by the Forested Tract Access Instrument.
Park Rules. MUSC shall promulgate rules for the use of the Park, and may impose reasonable restrictions on the use of the Park provided such restrictions do not materially impair the right of the public to enjoy the use of Park. Rules for use of the Park must be approved by the City.
