Parental Leave – General. Definitions: Standard Parental Leave: a leave of absence from work of up to 35 weeks if the employee took Pregnancy Leave or up to 37 weeks if the employee did not take Pregnancy Leave.

  • Parental Leaves Parental leave of absence without pay shall be granted to biological or adoptive parents who request such a leave as provided below. ASF Members who intend to use parental leave according to the provisions of this section should notify the President/designee as soon as it is practical. The leave shall commence on the date requested by the ASF Member, and shall continue for a period up to nine (9) months.
