Parental Leave Entitlement a). A staff member who is a parent (or the adopting parent’s partner) of a newly adopted child is entitled to sixty-two (62) consecutive weeks parental leave of absence without pay from the University that may be taken anytime within one year after the child is placed with the parent.
Parental Leave Entitlement. The AFPCS provides (in summary) a period of up to twelve (12) months unpaid leave after completing 12 months continuous service for permanent employees and eligible casual employees.
Parental Leave Entitlement a) A staff member who is the birth father (or the birth mother’s partner) of a newborn child is entitled to thirty-seven (37) consecutive weeks of parental leave without pay that may be taken anytime within one year of the birth.
Parental Leave Entitlement a) A birthing parent who does not take birth parent leave is entitled to thirty-seven or sixty-two (62) consecutive weeks of parental leave of absence without pay from the University. Otherwise, a birthing parent is entitled to thirty-five (35) or sixty-one (61) consecutive weeks of parental leave of absence without pay from the University, beginning immediately after the end of the birth parent leave.
Parental Leave Entitlement a) A birth mother who does not take maternity leave is entitled to thirty-seven
Parental Leave Entitlement. (1) Subject to this clause, employees with a minimum of 52 weeks continuous employment prior to taking leave pursuant to this clause are entitled to maternity, paternity and adoption leave in connection with the birth or adoption of a child in accordance with the Act and this Agreement.
Parental Leave Entitlement. (a) Employees are entitled to unpaid Parental Leave (birth related leave and adoption related leave) in accordance with the provisions contained in the NES (Eligible Employees)
Parental Leave Entitlement. The birth mother is entitled to 35 consecutive weeks parental leave of absence from the University beginning immediately after the end of the maternity leave.
Parental Leave Entitlement. The co-parent is entitled to 37 consecutive weeks parental leave of absence from the University that may be taken anytime within one year of the birth.
Parental Leave Entitlement. An employee’s entitlement to parental leave for the purposes of adoption is conditional on having at least twelve (12) months of continuous service immediately preceding the estimated adoption date.
