PARENT PICKUP. Parent or a pre-authorized guardian must meet the bus on time at the Bowie Gateway Shopping Center Pier 1 Import bus stop at the scheduled drop off time. At 4:30pm each day any students not picked up will ride the Activity Bus back to both schools and return with the Activity Bus students at approximately 6:10pm. Buses cannot wait for pickup after 4:30pm. Parents may complete a “Child Release Form” authorizing TT to release student(s) to other individuals listed on the form in the absence of the parent/guardian: As well, parents may authorize TT to release 9th grade and older students without supervision at the Bowie Library at 00000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Bowie (see Child Release Form). TT may charge a $15.00 minimum late fee per fifteen minute interval for families that are late picking children up at the Bowie Gateway Shopping Center from the Activity Bus and TT reserves the right to terminate this agreement without refund for repeated and/or excessive wait times.   • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Sub-Loop In locations where SBC-AMERITECH has deployed: (1) Digital Loop Carrier systems and an uninterrupted copper loop is replaced with a fiber segment or shared copper in the distribution section of the loop; (2) Digital Added Main Line (“DAML”) technology to derive multiple voice-grade POTS circuits from a single copper pair; or (3) entirely fiber optic facilities to the end user, SBC-AMERITECH will make the following options available to CLEC:

  • Available Services Subject to the terms of this agreement, Manager may obtain any of the Available Services from Sprint Spectrum in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.1. The Available Services offered from time to time and the fees charged for such Available Services will be set forth on the then-current Exhibit 2.1.1 (the "Available Services and Fees Schedule"). If Sprint Spectrum offers any new Available Service, it will deliver a new Exhibit 2.1.1 indicating the new service and the fee for the new service. Manager may select one or more of the categories of Available Services. If Manager selects a particular category of services it must take and pay for all of the services under the category selected; Manager may not select only particular services within that category. If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and the service is not a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum may give Manager written notice at any time during the term of this agreement that Sprint Spectrum no longer offers the Available Service.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD 14.01 The Employer shall remunerate employees for travel time and mileage as follows:

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Parent A parent, legal guardian or person in parental relation to the Student.

  • Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop (UCSL) is a copper facility of any length provided from the cross-box in the field up to and including the End User’s point of demarcation. If available, this facility will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils between the End User and the cross-box.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.
