Both the student and the parent/guardian must sign this contract before they may gain access to the Internet. If any pupil violates the provisions of this contract, access to the Internet will be denied, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken. In addition, all student users should be aware that the inappropriate use of electronic information resources can be a violation of local, state and federal laws. Violations can lead to prosecution.

I understand that it there are multiple computers available for student access and that the teaching and administrative staff of Augusta USD 402 cannot monitor all of the information my child is impossible for Desert Sands Unified School District to supervise accessing or downloading while in the classroom/library/computer lab nor while the child is away from the school.
