Common use of Parent and Subsidiary Clause in Contracts

Parent and Subsidiary. As used herein, the terms “parent” and “subsidiary” shall mean any present or future corporation which would be a “parent corporation” or a “subsidiary corporation” of the Corporation, as those terms are defined in Section 424 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
