Parallel Operations. At no additional cost, each Licensee shall be provided with no more than one additional copy of Publisher’s purchased software for up to ninety (90) days during the License Term for operation on parallel systems for the purposes of system migration, testing, and/or hardware refreshes, such license to be issued in thirty (30) day increments with consultation between Licensor and Licensee to determine whether continued parallel operations are required (hereinafter “Parallel Operation”).
