Paragraph 2. 2.1.17 of article 2 of the General Provisions shall be revised to read as follows:

Paragraph 2 a. of the Termination Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:

Paragraph 4.3.3(a) A methodology can be agreed in advance for agreeing what constitutes a reasonable risk assessment. Paragraph 4.3.3(b) This includes both the everyday running costs and the costs of the service and life cycle maintenance costs. Forecasts are determined by agreement or, in the event of disputes, by an expert.
Paragraph 2. 23.2. Before inviting the firm obtaining the highest total score for negotiations, MCA-Vanuatu shall, if required by the thresholds set forth in Schedule 2, furnish to MCC for its review and “no objection” a full description of the procurement process including an account of all significant problems or defects during the process and a description of how these were resolved.
Paragraph 2. 8.3., renumber as 2.9.3. and amend to read:
Paragraph 2. The provisions of Paragraphs 3 through 7 shall be modified to the extent the medical plan benefits, supplemental benefits and other benefits as determined and extended by the Fund and/or the Retired Employees Health Program are modified for current and/or future employees and annuitants as provided for in Paragraph 1 (employees) and/or Paragraph 6 (annuitants) of this Recommendation, respectively.
Paragraph 2. 2.1 (a) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
