Panel Meetings. The meetings of the Panel will be held at least two (2) days monthly and with sufficient frequency to allow for prompt resolution of the grievance caseload. The dates, times, and locations of Panel meetings will be determined by agreement of the Co-Chairpersons. Panel meetings will commence at 8:30 a.m., and no case will commence after 5:00 p.m., unless the Co-Chairpersons agree to do otherwise.

The PCC will require to be, and be seen to be, publically and visibly accountable for decisions made and actions taken. To assist this, and to encourage as wide an engagement with the public as possible it is expected that meetings of the Police and Crime Panel will be held at a variety of locations across Devon and Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, at venues readily accessible to the public and preferably that offer webcast facilities.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • General Meetings 19. The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.

This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.

  • Special Meetings Special meetings of the Trustees may be held at any time and at any place designated in the call of the meeting when called by the President or the Treasurer or by two or more Trustees, sufficient notice thereof being given to each Trustee by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary or by the officer or the Trustees calling the meeting.
