PAID VACATIONS. 16.01 An employee in the active employ of the Company shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation pay on the following basis:
PAID VACATIONS. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacations of six (6) weeks in each year of the Term and any extension of the Term at such times and for such periods as may be mutually acceptable to the Company and the Employee, in accordance with the Company’s policies governing vacations for its executive officers generally. Unused vacation in any given year shall not accumulate from year to year and Employee shall not be entitled to any cash payment for, or payment in lieu of, unused vacation time.
PAID VACATIONS. 41.1 The Board shall grant paid vacation periods to each Member in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Article.

PAID VACATIONS. 28.01 Every member of the Bargaining Unit shall be granted vacation according to the following schedule: Years of Service Vacation Time Off Up to one (1) year 0.83 days/month In the first (1st) and second (2nd) calendar year of service 10 working days/year In the third (3rd) to fifth(5th) calendar year of service 15 working days/year In the sixth (6th) calendar year of service 16 working days/year In the seventh (7th) calendar year of service 17 working days/year In the eighth (8th) calendar year of service 18 working days/year In the ninth (9th) calendar year of service 20 working days/year In the tenth (10th) to fifteenth (15th) calendar year of service 20 working days/year In the sixteenth (16th) calendar year of service 21 working days/year In the seventeenth (17th) calendar year of service 25 working days/year In the eighteenth (18th) calendar year of service 25 working days/year In the nineteenth (19th) calendar year of service 25 working days/year In the twentieth (20th) to twenty-fifth (25th) calendar year of service 25 working days/year In the twenty-sixth (26th)calendar year of service 26 working days/year In the twenty-seventh (27th) calendar year of service 27 working days/year In the twenty-eighth (28th) calendar year of service 28 working days/year In the twenty-ninth (29th) calendar year of service 29 working days/year In the thirtieth (30th) and subsequent calendar year of service 30 working days/year Calendar year of service refers to a full calendar year (i.e. the twelve
PAID VACATIONS. Vacation leave shall accrue from the date the unit member first renders probationary service, if prior to the 15th day of the month. If probationary service is first rendered after the 15th day of the month, such service shall be deemed to have commenced the first day of the following month. Full credit for vacations, sick leave, holiday benefits, and salary increments will be given for the first calendar month of employment if the beginning date of employment allows fifteen (15) days of employment in that month.
PAID VACATIONS. Section A. For purposes of this Article, "employee(s)" is defined as all full time employees in job classifications IV, III, and II within the Custodial Personnel job category and all other employees within the bargaining unit who are regularly scheduled to work on a twelve month basis.

PAID VACATIONS. 29.01 Every member shall be entitled to four per cent (4%) vacation pay of salary/wages earned. Such vacation pay will be paid on each pay cheque.
PAID VACATIONS. For vacations beginning January 1, 1992, employees with six months or more of service shall receive paid vacation during each year, calculated as follows: Service Vacation Time One year but less than six years Five 24-hour shifts Six years but less than twelve years Seven 24-hour shifts Twelve years but less than fifteen years Eight 24-hour shifts Fifteen years but less than twenty years Ten 24-hour shifts Twenty years but less than twenty-five years Eleven 24-hour shifts Twenty-five years or more Twelve 24-hour shifts Completion of the service year in the calendar year in which the vacation is taken shall determine the number of vacation days the employee will earn and is entitled to take. In the year in which the employee terminates employment, the employee will either take or be paid out at termination for all vacation earned up to the pay period of his termination. New employees of the Fire Department shall accrue 4.62 hours per pay period of vacation time from his/her date of hire. These new employees shall not be eligible for a vacation in the calendar year in which they are hired.
