Common use of Paid Vacation Clause in Contracts

Paid Vacation. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s vacation policies as in effect from time to time.

Paid Vacation. During While employed by the TermCompany during the Term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s general administrative policy for all other Executive Officers but in no event less than the greater of (x) the amount of paid vacation policies time provided to other Executive Officers who have been employed by the Company for a commensurate period of time as in effect from time to timethe Executive or (y) three weeks per year.
