Paid Time Off Accrual. Each employee shall be entitled to annual Scheduled Time Off. Scheduled time off is earned on an hourly basis. For purposes of this section, a day is defined as eight (8) work hours. Paid Time Off Accrual. Paid time off will accrue as follows:
Paid Time Off Accrual. Paid Time Off may be accrued up to a maximum of one (1) times the annual rate of accrual. New employees will begin to accrue hours on their date of hire. They are eligible to begin using their Paid Time Off hours after they complete their probationary period. Employees on an unpaid leave will not accrue Paid Time Off hours until they return to active employment. Employees on paid leave will continue to accrue Paid Time Off hours. Paid Time Off hours are not counted as hours worked for purposes of receiving overtime pay.

  • Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Time Off The company recognises that sufficient time off to attend to personal matters and for recreation are important to the employee’s wellbeing, job satisfaction and overall productivity. Accordingly, time off may be taken with the consent of the Company, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. In considering the approval to have time off, the Parties will have regard to the current works programme and the urgency of the reason for time off. In the event that time off is to be taken, it will be the employee’s obligation to advise the Company in advance or as soon as practicable on the day of absence, recognising that unplanned absences can cause costly disruption to programmed works and are a major source of annoyance for the company, other employees and clients. The object of offering flexible working hours is that in return employees will take very seriously their obligation to turn up when they are expected. In view of the disruption caused by unplanned and or notified absenteeism, repeated failure to observe the protocol for time off would constitute misconduct.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Vacation Days Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees.

  • Time-Off Benefits Spinco shall credit each Spinco Participant with the amount of accrued but unused vacation time, sick time and other time-off benefits as such Spinco Participant had with the MSG Networks Group as of the Distribution Date or as of an employee’s transfer date for an MSG Networks Employee who becomes a Spinco Employee prior to the Service Crediting Date. MSG Networks shall credit each MSG Networks Participant with the amount of accrued but unused vacation time, sick time and other time-off benefits as of an employee’s transfer date for a Spinco Employee who becomes an MSG Networks Employee prior to the Service Crediting Date. Notwithstanding the above, Spinco shall not be required to credit any Spinco Participant and MSG Networks shall not be required to credit any MSG Networks Participant with any accrual to the extent that a benefit attributable to such vacation time, sick time and other time-off benefits is paid by the MSG Networks Group or Spinco Group, respectively.

  • Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • Accrual (a) An Employee's seniority shall commence after the completion of his/her probationary period and shall be retroactive to the date of his/her last hire.
