Paid Subscriptions. Except as otherwise indicated below, modifications to these Terms will take effect at the next renewal of your Subscription Term and will automatically apply as of the renewal date unless you elect not to renew pursuant to Section 8.2 (Renewals). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in some cases (e.g., to address compliance with Laws, or as necessary for new features) we may specify that such modifications become effective during your then-current Subscription Term.
Paid Subscriptions. Customer may purchase a Paid Subscription either (a) through the Salesforce AppExchange or (b) by Point Sigma and Customer both signing an Order Form. In case (a) the Subscription shall start on the date when purchase is made through the Salesforce AppExchange; in case (b) on the date specified in the Order Form.
Paid Subscriptions. Paid Subscriptions allow Subscriber to use AirWorks Services as determined in the capacity and volume of the Order Form. The type of subscription that can be purchased by Subscribers, (collectively, “Paid Subscription”) are further described in Sections 5, 6 and 7 of this Exhibit A of the Agreement. Subscriber’s subscriptions may include software or web services or a combination of both software and web services. Subscriber’s subscriptions may also include additional Benefits and may include for example: ▪ Technical support ▪ Access to forums, learning events, newsletters, webinars, galleries, and other educational resources ▪ Access to trial versions and APIs ▪ Rights to Updates, Upgrades and other additional software ▪ Rights to Web Services The terms of the subscriptions will be governed by this Exhibit and the respective Order Form. Subscriber must purchase a Paid Subscription to utilize the Services for commercial purposes.
Paid Subscriptions. For paidsubscription Software products, the License granted herein is subject to the full payment of the applicable license fees. Any pricing changes or other changes to the subscription plan will be made in accordance with the terms herein and any additional applicable agreement(s) entered by Customer for use of the Software. Customer acknowledges that Stratasys may, at any time and upon thirty (30) days' prior notice (which notice may be made by posting a message on the Site), begin charging for any Software that is now or once was offered for free, and require Customer to purchase a term-based subscription license under its Admin Account in order to continue accessing and using the Software. Stratasys, together with its distributors and agents, reserves the right to periodically change subscription prices.
Paid Subscriptions. For the term of Company's Subscription Period (defined as monthly, pro-rated) and subject to Company's payment of the Subscription Fee (monthly, pro-rated), G2edge Inc. (herein "G2Digital") grants Company: 1) the non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable right to use and modify the Software only for Company's own internal use of the Software and limited to the number of Subscription Users for which Company has paid the applicable fee; 2) the right to receive support pursuant to the Standard Support Services. During any term of this Agreement, Company grants to X0xxxx.xxx a non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to reproduce and display Company's logos, trademarks, trade names and similar identifying material so that X0xxxx.xxx may refer to Company as a user of the Software should X0xxxx.xxx so desire, such as on the X0xxxx.xxx website, in press releases and in other marketing materials. X0xxxx.xxx reserves the right at any time to charge or modify fees for access to portions or whole of any or all of the Services. If at any time X0xxxx.xxx requires a fee for any of the Services, you will be given reasonable advance notice of such fees and the opportunity to cancel your membership before such charges are imposed. If you elect not to pay such fees, X0xxxx.xxx shall have the right to cease providing such Service to you. Company shall pay to X0xxxx.xxx an amount specified on X0xxxx.xxx's website for the number of Subscription Users that Company maintains monthly, pro-rated per diem ("Subscription Fee"). Company shall pay the applicable Subscription Fee for the initial term of the Subscription Period on the Effective Date or the first of every month. Company shall make future fee payments for all Subscription Users due under the terms of this Agreement for renewal terms on each one (1) month anniversary of the Effective Date pro- rated monthly. All fees paid to X0xxxx.xxx are non-refundable. X0xxxx.xxx reserves the right to modify its fees upon thirty (30) day prior written notice, which may be provided by e-mail. By entering into this Agreement, Company is expressly agreeing that X0xxxx.xxx will automatically xxxx Company's credit card or alternative payment form in the billing frequency established by the length of Company's initial term for renewal fees. The renewal charge will be equal to the number of Users multiplied by the then-current per Subscription User fee pro-rated per-diem. Paid Subscriptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in some cases (e.g., to address compliance with Laws, or as necessary for new features) we may specify that such modifications become effective during your then-current Subscription Term. If the effective date of such modifications is during your then-current Subscription Term and you object to the modifications, then (as your exclusive remedy) you may terminate your affected Orders upon notice to us, and we will refund you any fees you have pre-paid for use of the Cloud Product for the terminated portion of the applicable Subscription Term. To exercise this right, you must provide us with notice of your objection and termination within thirty (30) days of us providing notice of the modifications. For the avoidance of doubt, any Order is subject to the version of these Terms in effect at the time of the Order.
Paid Subscriptions. After the Initial Term and unless otherwise set forth on an Order Form, the Term will automatically renew at the end of the Term (or any renewal term thereafter) for a twelve (12) month term, and subject to the then-current terms and price at the time of renewal; provided however, if either party would like to opt out of automatic renewal, then such party must notify the other party no less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.
