Paid Rest Periods. All Employees shall be given a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in the first and second half of their daily shift in an area made available by the Employer. If mutually agreed to between the parties, the two (2) rest periods shall be combined.

Paid Rest Periods. An Employee shall be permitted a rest period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes in the first half and in the second half of a 7 hour shift in an area designated by the Employer. Employees may be required to remain at their workstations during rest periods.
