Paid Rest Period. An employee shall be permitted a rest period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes in both the first and second half of a full shift, seven and one-half (7½) hours. If an employee's shift is four (4) hours, he/she shall be entitled to a rest period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes; if an employee's shift is three (3) hours, he/she shall be entitled to a rest period of ten (10) consecutive minutes. Rest periods shall be scheduled by the immediate supervisor.
Paid Rest Period. 32.01 FTG will provide one ten (10) minute paid rest period in the first half of each shift and a thirty (30) minute paid lunch period in each shift.
