Paid Paternity Leave. A regular full-time employee who is a natural or adoptive father or non- child bearing parent is entitled to five (5) days of paid paternity leave associated with a birth or adoption. Such leave will normally be taken within thirty (30) days of the birth or adoption.
Paid Paternity Leave. A unit member may use up to 6 weeks of accumulated sick leave immediately following the birth of the said child.
Paid Paternity Leave a) Employees shall be entitled to one (1) weeks paid paternity leave on the birth of an employee’s first child.
Paid Paternity Leave an eligible employee is entitled to one weeks paid paternity leave in any one year at the ordinary pay which must commence within four weeks of the birth of the child (Eligible employees will be as defined in the Workplace Relations Act 1996).
