Common use of Paid Meal Period Clause in Contracts

Paid Meal Period. There will continue to be an eight (8) hour work day inclusive of a paid thirty (30) minute meal period. The thirty (30) minute meal period is inclusive of any wash-up time and will be taken at the job site or another Regional site designated by management after consultation with the employees.
