Paid leave entitlement. An employee is entitled to use two (2) days compassionate leave for each occasion on which a member of the employee’s immediate family or household:
Paid leave entitlement. The provisions of this clause apply to full-time and regular part-time employees (on a pro rata basis) but do not apply to casual employees. The entitlements of casual employees are set out in 4.1.4(g).
Paid leave entitlement. An employee, other than a casual, is entitled to use up to 16 hours bereavement leave on any occasion on which a member of the employee’s immediate family or household in Australia dies.
Paid leave entitlement. An employee is entitled to a period of two (2) days of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or dies.
Paid leave entitlement. 5.4.1 Provided they have accrued enough personal leave, employees are entitled to access up to a maximum of 76 hours paid carer’s leave each year from their personal leave accruals when they are required to provide care or support to members of their immediate family or household who are sick or injured and require care or support.
Paid leave entitlement. An employee other than a casual is entitled to two days bereavement leave without loss of pay on any occasion on which a member of the employee’s immediate family or household in Australia dies.
Paid leave entitlement. An employee is entitled to up to two days’ bereavement leave on each occasion of the death of either a member of the employee’s immediate family or household.
Paid leave entitlement. An employee other than a casual is entitled to up to 5 days carer’s leave each year to care for members of his or her immediate family or household who are sick and require care and support. This entitlement is subject to the employee being responsible for the care and support of the person concerned. In normal circumstances an employee is not entitled to take carer's leave where another person has taken leave to care for the same person. If the full period of carer’s leave is not taken in any year the whole or any untaken portion shall not be cumulative.
Paid leave entitlement. An employee is entitled to four days paid Compassionate Leave annually if a member of the employee's immediate family or household dies/ is seriously ill, or outside Australia dies. An employee is entitled to use accumulated personal leave as paid Compassionate Leave up to four days annually when a member of the employee's immediate family or household in Australia dies/is seriously ill if the employee has already used the current year's Compassionate Leave entitlement as prescribed in this paragraph. Proof of death must be provided to the satisfaction of the employer, if requested.
Paid leave entitlement. An employee will be entitled to Long Service Leave at the standard weekly or hourly rate on a pro-rata basis after the completion of 7 years continuous service at the standard hourly rate of pay for the employee's classification.
