Paid Leave Benefits. Subject to the terms of the benefit plans, the University agrees to pay its portion of the premium for employee benefits as provided in this Agreement while an employee is on a paid leave of absence. The employee shall similarly pay their portion of the premium.

Paid Leave Benefits. Residents and Fellows scheduled to work 64 or more hours per bi-weekly pay period are entitled to 120 hours of vacation leave per contract year. Paid Leave Benefits. Beginning on January 1, 2010, Executive shall accrue twenty (20) days of paid vacation each calendar year, to be taken at such times as mutually agreed with Executive’s supervisor. Executive shall also be entitled to paid holiday leave in accordance with the Company’s governing holiday schedule. Paid Leave Benefits. 20.2.1 During a paid leave of absence a unit member shall be entitled to receive wages and all fringe benefits including, but not limited to, insurance and retirement benefits; to return to the same or comparable position; and to receive credit for annual salary increments provided during the leave.
Paid Leave Benefits. A. Holidays 261 day RSAA members shall be granted a maximum of fourteen (14) paid holidays as determined by the calendar adopted by the Board of School Directors.
