Paid Family Leave. Bargaining Unit employees shall be eligible for Paid Family Leave (Appendix D) under the same terms and conditions as non-represented Red Cross employees.

Paid Family Leave. The Port shall comply with the requirements of the Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave Act and shall have full discretion on meeting those requirements (e.g. Voluntary Plan), which shall not be subject to the grievance procedure or to any other provision of this Agreement or to negotiation by the Union. However, the Port agrees, that for the term of this agreement, the Port shall make contributions to the chosen plan (i.e. State, Approved Voluntary) on the employee’s behalf.
Paid Family Leave. If an employee is eligible to use 10 paid FMLA days for the birth of a child pursuant to Article 4.1.B.ii and 4.1.B.iv, the employee is entitled to the 10 paid days of FMLA Leave even if the period of incapacity related to the birth does not extend into the school year and/or the employee is to take the rest of the year off.
Paid Family Leave. A unit member may apply his/her accrued paid sick leave to a FMLA or OFLA leave to attend to the birth, adoption, xxxxxx care, or home care of his/her child, the serious health condition of his/her child, spouse/ domestic partner, parent, stepparent, or parent-in-law, grandparent or grandchild after the unit member has used all his/her accrued paid family leave under Section 8.4.2 and personal leave accumulated as family leave under Section 8.3.5.
Paid Family Leave. In accordance with the New York State Paid Family Leave Act (“PFLA”), as it is phased in and as it is amended from time to time, the Company and those associates who are eligible under the law will have all of their respective rights and obligations under the PFLA, and this Article shall be applied consistent with the PFLA.

Paid Family Leave a. An employee who is absent from duty to bond with the employee's own child or employee's domestic partner's child; or a child placed for adoption or xxxxxx-care with employee or employee's domestic partner or to care for a seriously ill child, parent, spouse or domestic partner of the employee may integrate accrued leave balances with a California Employment Development Department approved claim for Paid Family Leave (PFL) benefits.
Paid Family Leave. Effective July 1, 2004, employees are entitled to take Paid Family Leave pursuant to State law. Paid Family Leave runs concurrent with Family Medical Leave and California Family Rights Leave. Eligible employees must utilize one (1) week of available paid vacation leave prior to utilizing Paid Family Leave.
