Common use of Paid Breaks Clause in Contracts

Paid Breaks. All day shift employees shall be entitled to one (1) twenty (20) minute lunch period and two (2) ten (10) minute break periods with pay for each day, exclusive of reasonable travel time.

Paid Breaks. All day 12 hour shift employees shall be entitled to one two (12) twenty (20) minute lunch period dinner periods and two (2) ten (10) minute break periods with pay for during each dayfull shift, exclusive of reasonable travel time.
