Paid break. The Employer will provide reasonable paid break time for an Employee to express breast milk for her nursing child each time such Employee has need to express the milk, or breastfeed the child within the workplace, for one year after the child’s birth.

Paid break. Each Health Service will provide reasonable paid break time for a Doctor to express breast milk for her nursing child each time such Doctor has need to express the milk, or breastfeed the child within the workplace, for one year after the child’s birth.

  • Lunch Break Each Teacher shall receive each day an uninterrupted and continuous period of not less than forty (40) minutes for lunch, free from supervisory, teaching or other assigned duties (reference: Regulation 298.s. 3, Daily Sessions).
