Common use of Packing and Marking Clause in Contracts

Packing and Marking. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the contract equipment shall be packed by Seller in a properly manner. And necessary measures shall be taken to protect the contract equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and other damages according to their different characteristics so as to withstand numerous handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance sea and inland transportation. The following documents shall be enclosed in each package of the Contract Equipment:
