PACKING AND CRATING. Except as provide on the face hereof or as hereinafter provided, prices include packing for Goods destined within continental limits of the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. An additional charge may be made for crating and for export packing or for additional domestic, international or special needs at the discretion of the Seller.
PACKING AND CRATING. Suppler will suitably pack Goods toprevent damage or deterioration during transportation and shipped in accordance with Buyer’s Quality Requirements. Goods shall be shipped by Supplier via the lowest cost means that are otherwise appropriate for the Goods in accordance with the requirements of common carriers. Supplier is responsiblefor contacting Buyer to resolveany questions regarding proper packing or shipment under this Supply Agreement.
PACKING AND CRATING. The contractor shall direct overall packing and packaging activities at Greenbelt and Wallops to include assigning priorities, scheduling, monitoring activities and handling extraordinary requirements. The contractor shall manage and ensure the following general requirements are followed: Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 49; foreign shipping requirements; International Air Transport Association (IATA); International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code; and NASA Class I, II, III, and IV requirements, per NPR 6000.1. The contractor shall ensure that packaging shall withstand and protect Government material and equipment from all climatic and environmental conditions; stacking weights; modes of shipment - rail, surface, air, and water; and long term storage. The contractor shall plan for consolidation of materials and equipment for shipments to like destinations. When consolidation of items in single containers is possible, the contractor shall ensure that dimension and weight of container contents are compatible.
PACKING AND CRATING. All goods shall be packed by Seller in suitable containers for protection in shipment and storage. Unless otherwise specified, prices set forth in this order include all charges for packing, crating and for transportation to the point of delivery set forth herein. The number of this purchase order shall appear on each invoice, bill of lading and packing list and every package and shipment. An itemized packing list shall accompany each shipment made hereunder. Under acceptance of this purchase order, Seller shall promptly notify buyer as to the date of each shipment hereunder.

SHIPPING: GSE must have complete shipping instructions and documentation requirements from Customer at least thirty (30) days prior to shipment. GSE will use the freight forwarder of its choice unless Customer names an acceptable freight forwarder. F. SHIPMENT DELAYS: If shipment of Goods is delayed at the request of, or due to acts or omissions of Customer, GSE may store such Goods in any commercially reasonable manner at Customer's sole risk and expense. Any payments that would be due GSE, had such Goods been shipped as scheduled, will be considered due and owing, and GSE may invoice Customer on schedule. 1 5. ON-SITE SERVICES: A. TRAVEL AND LIVING ("T&L"): Included in Offer Price B. WORKING CONDITIONS: GSE reserves the right for its personnel to refuse to work under hazardous conditions. The parties will reach agreement on the hazardous situation prior to beginning such work. Necessary staging and rigging will be erected by, and at the expense of, Customer. GSE personnel will comply with reasonable plant safety regulations where applicable. Customer will provide any required protective clothing or equipment. C.

PACKING AND CRATING. The art Object(s) will be packed at NM. Packing and crating costs will be charged to the Borrower. An estimate of costs can be provided upon request. The crate and, if possible, the packing materials must be kept for outgoing shipment and the Object(s) must be repacked using the same methods and materials. Unpacking and repacking must be carried out by experienced personnel under competent supervision. Crate and packing materials shall be stored in a secure and tempered indoor storage area.
PACKING AND CRATING. Turbine Supplier shall pack or shall cause a third party to pack the Major Components in accordance with commercially reasonable shipping carrier requirements to accommodate transportation and delivery to each Site. Turbine Supplier shall include all assembly and mounting hardware (other than the foundation nuts and bolts) with each Delivery of such Major Components. Packing and crating costs shall be borne by Turbine Supplier; provided, however, Buyer shall be responsible for the removal of any remaining shipping materials after delivery to each Site.
