PACKAGING OF GOODS. 4.1 The Supplier must: suitably pack the Goods to avoid damage during loading, transit, delivery, unloading or storage; pack and transport the Goods in accordance with any applicable regulations and industry codes; and clearly mark all packages of the Goods for delivery and the delivery documents for the Goods with the Contract number and ensure that the delivery documents accompany the Goods to the Delivery Address.
PACKAGING OF GOODS. Goods must be packaged securely, and each shipment must include documentation stating the exact quantities and description of the Goods shipped. In the absence of such documents, Heraeus’s count and verification will be deemed final. Applicable quality and compliance certifications will accompany each shipment of Goods, unless otherwise specified on the front page of the Purchase Order. Seller must show the Heraeus order number on the exterior of all shipping containers, packages, invoices, bills of lading and other shipping documents. Packing slips must be included in all shipments and last copy must state “ORDER COMPLETED.”
