Packaging and Transportation. 6.1 The Supplier will ensure that the Goods are properly packaged and secured and (where Supplier arranges for shipment) shipped in such a manner that when transported they reach the place of delivery in good condition and can be unloaded there safely. The Supplier is responsible for its own compliance and the compliance of carriers contracted by or on behalf of the Supplier with national, international and/or supranational provisions relating to packaging, safety and shipment.

Packaging and Transportation. 1. Party B shall transport the products to the place designated by Party A with suitable transportation method, safe and reliable packaging and supporting pieces, so as to ensure product can arrive at the site in a safe and reliable manner. If products are damaged, impaired or lost during loading, unloading and transportation for the reason of Party B, Party B shall be responsible for the repair, replacement or resupply at its own cost.

Supplier shall have the sole responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged or missing Products and DISH shall have no liability or responsibility if Supplier is unable to obtain full compensation for any loss arising from such claim(s).

Packaging and Transportation. The Supplier shall choose the packaging of the products in such a way that transport or corrosion damage is highly unlikely – also in terms of their disposal. If appropriate, special RIBE packaging instructions shall be observed. Each packaging unit shall be visibly marked outside with the  RIBE material and order number,  index, revision status and  quantity. As far as possible or required, batch number, production date and review entry shall also be indicated. Each delivery item shall consist of a production lot (production date / batch number, etc.). If several production lots are supplied, the latter shall be delivered packed separately.
Packaging and Transportation. The order number must appear on all packing slips and invoices and, except in the case of ingredients, on all packages, crates, or other containers, together with the destination party and address specified by Entegris. All packing and packaging shall be in accordance with Entegris’ instructions on the face hereof or in separate notification. In the absence of instructions, shipments shall be routed via the most economical mode of commercially reasonable transportation available. Entegris will xxxx back all freight charges resulting from noncompliance with stated shipping instructions.
Packaging and Transportation. Seller will pack, label and ship all Goods in a commercially reasonable manner selected by Seller which will ensure the timely, safe and conforming delivery and the lowest transportation cost in the absence of specific instructions in the Order. All deliveries shall be accompanied by an itemized packing list, and no charge will be paid by Buyer for packing, boxing or cartage unless specified on the Order. Xxxxx’s count of the Goods will be final as to all shipments. The Order number must appear on all invoices, packaging, packaging lists and other related correspondence.
