Packaging and Shipment and Risk of Loss. Where applicable, Provider shall package and ship all Materials in a commercially reasonable manner. All shipments shall be F.O.B. destination (as indicated on the Board’s written notification) with freight and insurance prepaid. The Board may request that shipment be made to any location that the Board designates as a Chicago Public School, a CPS facility, or other location at which Services will be rendered. Any and all deliveries made to a Chicago Public School shall occur between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and Provider shall advise carrier of this restriction.
