P ayment. Payment for salary shall be prorated over twelve (I2) monthly paychecks. Pay checks shall be issued on the last calendar business day of each month. Employees may opt to have their checks delivered to them personally during the school year, direct deposited to a bank or mailed to a specified address.

P ayment. 1. All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars payable to “Dataprise, Inc.”. A service charge of $50 will be assessed for any returned checks.

P ayment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Customer and Covisint, payment of Fees are due net thirty (30) days from Customer's receipt of each invoice. All payments will be made in the currency applicable, as defined in the Subscription Order Form unless otherwise agreed. If Customer fails to pay any Fees by the applicable due date, Covisint shall have the right to assess late charges in an amount equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowable under applicable law. Upon an invoice becoming more than sixty (60) days past due, Covisint may, in its sole discretion suspend the Covisint Platform Services to Customer until such time as the amount in arrears is fully paid by Customer. Customer will be responsible for any costs associated with Covisint's efforts to collect such Fees including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs and collection agency fees.
P ayment. Customer agrees to pay all applicable Services fees plus any and all applicable taxes.. Such fees will be paid via a Xxxx Deere-approved payment method selected by Customer and communicated to Xxxx Deere. If Customer fails to make any portion of such payment, a late charge of the lesser of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum amount permitted by law may be charged to Customer. All reasonable costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, court costs and service charges incurred by Xxxx Deere in collecting payment will be an expense of and charge to Customer. Xxxx Deere may change payment terms at any time. If Customer becomes delinquent in the payment of any sum due, Xxxx Deere will not be obligated to continue performance under this Contract. If Customer purchased or received this Contract from a third party (such as a Dealer), Customer is responsible to pay Telematic Services fees as set forth above to the extent the third party has not paid, or does not pay, Xxxx Deere, regardless of whether Customer has paid the third party for the assignment of this Contract.”
P ayment. The AmeriCorps Host Site shall provide the Grantee Agency with matching funds in the amount of $ 15,00.00 to partially cover the Grantee Agency’s expenses in placing and maintaining TWO AmeriCorps members with the AmeriCorps Host Site and to help meet federal matching fund requirements. All “Regular” slots must fill before “Refill” slots. If the AmeriCorps Host Site slot is refilled with a lesser term, or combination of lesser terms, the Grantee Agency will negotiate in good faith with respect to a reimbursement amount.
