Ownership Percentage. The Ownership Percentage for each Member shall be determined by dividing the amount of each Member’s Capital Commitment by the sum of the aggregate Capital Commitments of all Members. The sum of the Members’ Ownership Percentages shall be one hundred percent (100%).
Ownership Percentage. The Shareholder represents and warrants that the Shares represent 40% of the outstanding shares of Metro Common Stock as of the date of this Agreement.
