Ownership of the Trust. On the Closing Date, the ownership interests in the Trust shall be transferred as set forth in Section 4.02, such transfer to be evidenced by sale of the Certificates as described in Section 4.02. Thereafter, transfer of any ownership interest shall be governed by Article V of this Agreement.
