Common use of Ownership of the Leased Property Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Leased Property. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the Leased Property, except the Land, is the property of Lessor and that Lessee has only the right to the exclusive possession and use of the Leased Property upon the terms and conditions of this Lease and the Ground Lease.

Ownership of the Leased Property.
