Ownership of the Joint Venture. This Joint Venture is owned by the Parties in the following percentages. Any corporation subsequently formed to continue the business activities of this Joint Venture will maintain the same ownership percentages, unless modified in writing with the unanimous consent of the Parties: (a) Collective Audience: 100%; and (b) BeOp: 0%; provided, however that, as it relates to Historical Territory Business it will be 100% owned by BeOp and expressly excluded from this Agreement.
