Ownership of Material. a. Contractor shall provide to DSHS, for DSHS internal purposes, a perpetual license to use material created for, or used in, the performance of the Contract. This license shall be provided at no charge to DSHS, and is limited to the extent to which the Contractor has a right to grant such a license.
