Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights. 3.1 Customer retains all of its rights to any Customer Data that Customer uploads, submits, posts or displays on or through the Product and Customer is responsible for protecting those rights. Customer grants to Bynder the right to access, use, or modify such Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Product and carry out its obligations under the Agreement.
