Ownership of Information. Any information owned by one party or any of its Subsidiaries that is provided to a requesting party pursuant to Article III or this Article IV shall be deemed to remain the property of the providing party. Unless specifically set forth herein, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting or conferring rights of license or otherwise in any such information.
Ownership of Information. Any Information owned by one Group that is provided to a requesting party pursuant to Section 6.01 shall be deemed to remain the property of the providing party. Unless expressly set forth in this Agreement, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting or conferring any right, title or interest (whether by license or otherwise) in, to or under any such Information.

The provision of any information pursuant to Section 6.1 or Section 6.7 shall not affect the ownership of such information (which shall be determined solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements), or constitute a grant of rights in or to any such information.
Ownership of Information. All Company Information received or developed by the Employee while employed by the Employer will remain the sole and exclusive property of the Employer.

This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights or change existing ownership rights to any of the Information provided under this Agreement to the Non-Lead Member, on whatever form and whenever, by the Lead Registrant, including without limitation, the Joint Registration Dossier.

Unless expressly set forth herein, or unless expressly agreed in a subsequent and separate agreement, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to any Party with respect to any such Information, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
Ownership of Information. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all Confidential Information provided by or on behalf of a Party (or its Affiliates) that is provided to the other Party or its Personnel shall remain the property of the disclosing entity and nothing herein shall be construed as granting or conferring rights of license or otherwise in any such Confidential Information.
Ownership of Information. All professional and technical information developed under this Agreement and all work sheets, reports, and related data shall become and/or remain the property of COUNTY, and CONTRACTOR agrees to deliver reproducible copies of such documents to COUNTY on completion of the services hereunder. The COUNTY agrees to indemnify and hold CONTRACTOR harmless from any claim arising out of reuse of the information for other than this project.
