Ownership of Drawings, Specifications and Models. 1. All copies of Drawings and Technical Specifications furnished by the Architect are the property of the Commission. Such copies are not to be used on any other work or project and, with the exception of the signed Contract set, are to be returned to the Commission with a copy of the transmittal letter to the Commission Representative at the completion of the Work. All models are the property of the Commission. During the performance of its Work, the Design-Builder shall be responsible for any loss or damage to documents while in the Design-Builder’s possession or the possession of a Subcontractor and any such documents so lost or damaged shall be restored at the expense of the Design-Builder

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
