Ownership and Feedback o 1.6.1. IP Ownership. The Product, Our Technology, Documentation, and all other current or future intellectual property developed by us or our Affiliates, and all worldwide Intellectual Property Rights in each of the foregoing and all Updates, upgrades, enhancements, new versions, releases, corrections, and other modifications thereto and derivative works thereof, are the exclusive property of us or our Affiliates or our or their licensors or suppliers. Except for the rights and licenses expressly granted herein, all such rights are reserved by us and our Affiliates and our or their licensors and suppliers. All title and Intellectual Property Rights in and to the content that may be accessed through use of the Product is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This XXXX grants you no rights to use such content.

From time to time, you may choose to submit comments, information, questions, data, ideas, description of processes, or other information to TTI, including in the course of receiving Support and Maintenance (“Feedback”). TTI may in connection with any of its products or services freely use, copy, disclose, license, distribute and exploit any Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise. No Feedback will be considered your Confidential Information, and nothing in this Agreement limits TTI’s right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products, whether incorporating Feedback or otherwise.
Ownership and Feedback. 5.1. Customer Data. As between Okta and Customer, Customer owns its Customer Data. Customer grants to Okta, its Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data, as reasonably necessary for Okta to provide the Service in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Okta acquires no right, title or interest in any Customer Data. Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Data and the means by which Customer acquired Customer Data.

You hereby grant Digital Samba the perpetual, worldwide, freely transferable and sublicensable right and license to freely use, reproduce, copy, disclose, license, distribute, display, perform, exploit and make derivative works from any Feedback, in connection with any of its products or services, in any manner without any obligation, royalty or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise. No Feedback will be considered your Confidential Information, and nothing in this Agreement limits Digital Samba's right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products, whether incorporating Feedback or otherwise.

Lyft and its affiliates are and shall remain the owners of all right, title and interest in and to the Lyft Materials, including any updates, enhancements and new versions thereof, and all related documentation and materials provided or available to Partner or any User in connection with this Agreement. Partner acknowledges and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Programs (“Feedback”) provided by Partner to Lyft are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Lyft. Lyft shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of this Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to Partner or any User

No Feedback will be considered your Confidential Information, and nothing in this Agreement limits eMite’s right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products, whether incorporating Feedback or otherwise.
Ownership and Feedback. The Cloudflare Technology is the exclusive property of Cloudflare or its licensors. Customer hereby assigns in whole to Cloudflare, without the need for remuneration, any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, or other information provided by Customer related to the Cloudflare Technology (collectively, “Feedback”). Cloudflare recognizes that Feedback is provided “AS IS” and will be used solely at its discretion.

No Feedback will be considered your Confidential Information, and nothing in this Agreement limits the Ethics Olympiad's right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products or services, whether incorporating Feedback or otherwise.
Ownership and Feedback. 8.1. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Game, the Website and any and all material connected with them (including but not limited to any derivative works, titles, computer code, graphics, music or sounds, characters, themes, objects, characters, locations, concepts, artwork, texts, screen displays, methods of operation, moral rights, “applets” incorporated into the Software, and any related documentation) are owned by the Company or its licensors or licensees. The Company is free to grant licenses on the above-mentioned rights to third parties.
