Owner’s Trademarks. Owner’s trademarks, designs, artwork and other symbols and devices associated with the Attraction (“Owner’s Trademarks”) are and shall remain Owner’s property and Owner shall take all steps reasonably necessary to protect Owner’s Trademarks through U.S. federal registrations and foreign registrations as it deems desirable and through reasonable prosecution of infringements.
