Common use of Owner’s Termination for Cause Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Termination for Cause. In the event of termination of this Agreement by Owner for cause pursuant to Section 10.D of the General Conditions, the amount, if any, to be paid to the CM/GC after application of the General Conditions and Owner’s rights at law shall not exceed the amount the CM/GC would be entitled to receive under Article 15.2.

Owner’s Termination for Cause. In the event of termination of this Agreement by the Owner for cause pursuant to Section 10.D of the General Conditionscause, the amount, if any, to be paid to the CM/GC after application of the General Conditions and Owner’s rights at law shall not exceed the amount the CM/GC would be entitled to receive under Article 15.216.2.
