Common use of Owner’s Representatives Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Representatives. 1.7.1.1 Owner designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, P.E., P.Eng., CEM, LEED AP, Director, Engineering, Design, & Construction as its Senior Representative (“Owner’s Senior Representative”), which individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in this Agreement, including the authority and responsibility for avoiding and resolving disputes under Article 10.
