Owner's Protective Liability. The District shall take out, pay for, and deliver to the City, and maintain during the life of this Agreement, Owners' Protective Liability insurance naming the City of Overland Park as the insured in amounts as specified hereinafter for General Liability.

Owner's Protective Liability. With a minimum limit of $1,500,000.00 each occurrence and $3,000,000.00 aggregate. Named insured shall be City of Niagara Falls, NY. *(for construction contracts with a cost exceeding $100,000.00).
Owner's Protective Liability. The Contractor shall procure and shall maintain during the life of this Contract Owner's/Contractor's Protective Liability Insurance, listing the Owner as the named insured. The minimum limit of liability shall be not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence/aggregate.

The CONTRACTOR shall furnish the original of the Owner's Protective Liability policy to the VILLAGE and also file with the VILLAGE, a Certificate of Insurance for policies written in the CONTRACTORS name. This certificate shall contain an endorsement requiring that the VILLAGE shall be furnished with ten (10) days notice by registered mail prior to cancellation or any material change in policies.
Owner's Protective Liability. An Owner's Contingent or Protective Liability policy shall be written in the name of the City, the Engineer and any others that may be specified in the bidding documents including officers, agents and employees. The minimum limits of bodily injury liability and property damage liability shall be: $1,000,000 Per Occurrence, $2,000,000 Aggregate.
