Owner's Protective Liability Clause Samples

The Owner's Protective Liability clause is designed to provide liability coverage for the property owner against claims arising from the actions or negligence of contractors or subcontractors working on their behalf. In practice, this clause ensures that if a third party is injured or property is damaged due to the contractor's operations, the owner's interests are protected, often through a separate insurance policy or endorsement.
