Owner Trustee May Own Trust Certificate and Notes. The Owner Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Trust Certificate or Notes and may deal with the Trust Depositor, the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not Owner Trustee.
