Owner May Suspend Work. At any time and without cause, Owner may suspend the Work or any portion thereof for a period of not more than ninety (90) consecutive days by notice in writing to Contractor and Architect which will fix the date on which Work will be resumed. Contractor shall resume the Work on the date so fixed. Contractor shall be allowed an adjustment in the Contract Price or an extension of the Contract Times, or both, directly attributable to any such suspension if Contractor makes a Claim therefor as provided in this Agreement.

DESIGN/BUILDER shall resume the Work on the date so fixed. If requested by DESIGN/BUILDER in connection with the performance of the Work, OWNER shall suspend operations of the plant and OWNER shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such suspension.
