OWNER DISCLOSURES. Prior to entering this Agreement, Owner shall fully disclose to Manager, any problems, or potential problems with the Property including but not limited to ongoing or possible lawsuits, construction or structural defects, problems affecting habitability (e.g. pest infestations, mold, plumbing, water leaks, methamphetamine use or manufacture), whether owner is a party to any bankruptcy proceedings, a guarantor of any delinquent mortgage(s), tax liens, property line encroachments, neighbor disputes, CC&R violations, any federal, state, or local statute, law, rule, regulation, ordinance, or code violations or any other situation that may adversely affect Managers ability to provide the Management Services effectively and efficiently. The responsibility of the Owner to disclose matters of the foregoing nature and type is ongoing. Owner has a duty to promptly report such matters throughout the term of this Agreement. Manager may terminate this Agreement upon 24 hour notice if discovered that the Owner intentionally misled or otherwise negligently failed to disclose any problems of the type or nature described in this Owner Disclosure Provision.

OWNER DISCLOSURES. The Owner acknowledges and agrees that it has not disclosed any non-compliant conditions existing at the Facility to RBBR, nor is the Owner aware of any non-compliant conditions existing at the Facility as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
OWNER DISCLOSURES. Owner discloses to Resident that (a) the Premises are or may be located in an area, including a coastal community, where moist ambient air is present, (b) that the Premises or other apartments or common areas in the building of which the Premises are a part have, or may have in the past, had moisture or water intrusion from rain, ambient air, roof, patio, window or other leaks, or from prior Residents’ use and occupancy of the Premises, and that (c) intrusion or accumulation of water within the Premises can lead to the growth of mold, mildew or other bacteria or organisms ("Mold"), which can cause property damage, health problems or personal injuries.
OWNER DISCLOSURES. Owner agrees to execute all disclosures concerning the Premises attached hereto and such other disclosures that may be requested by Agent to comply with local, state or federal law. Such disclosures may include a mold disclosure and a lead paint disclosure. Owner represents and warrants that all such disclosures are and shall be correct.

  • Disclosures Vendor and TIPS affirms that he/she or any authorized employees or agents has not given, offered to give, nor intends to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor or service to a public servant in connection with this Agreement. • Vendor shall attach, in writing, a complete description of any and all relationships that might be considered a conflict of interest in doing business with the TIPS program. • The Vendor affirms that, to the best of his/her knowledge, the offer has been arrived at independently, and is submitted without collusion with anyone to obtain information or gain any favoritism that would in any way limit competition or give an unfair advantage over other vendors in the award of this Agreement.
