Common use of Owner Designation of Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

Owner Designation of Authorized Representative. The Owner shall designate, from time to time, one or more representatives authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project, together with the scope of his/her respective authority. Such designations as of the date hereof are set forth on Exhibit K hereto. Functions that this Agreement provides will be performed by the Owner can be delegated by the Owner only by written notice to the Design/Builder from the Owner. Exhibit K may be amended from time to time by the Owner pursuant to written notice of such amendment to the Design/Builder.
