Owner Designation of Authorized Representative. The Owner shall designate, from time to time, one or more representatives authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project, together with the scope of his/her respective authority. Such designations as of the date hereof are set forth on Exhibit K hereto. Functions that this Agreement provides will be performed by the Owner can be delegated by the Owner only by written notice to the Design/Builder from the Owner. Exhibit K may be amended from time to time by the Owner pursuant to written notice of such amendment to the Design/Builder. The Design/Builder shall not be entitled to rely on directions (nor shall it be required to follow directions) from anyone outside the scope of that person's authority as set forth in written delegations pursuant to this Agreement. Directions and decisions made by Authorized Representatives of the Owner shall be binding on the Owner.
