Owner Certification. Owner acknowledges and agrees that a Project will be deemed not to comply with Applicable Laws for the purposes of this Agreement, unless and until: (a) the Fire and Life Safety Consultant has determined that the Project plans and specifications comply with Applicable Laws; (b) the Project is constructed in accordance with such approved plans and specifications; and (c) Owner has executed and delivered to Consultant the certification attached as Exhibit E hereto (the "Fire and Life Safety Certification").
