District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:

Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”). Consultant’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Consultant for all purposes under this Agreement. The Consultant’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using their best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.
Determine Whether the Entity Is a Specified U.S. Person a) Review information maintained for regulatory or customer relationship purposes (including information collected pursuant to AML/KYC Procedures) to determine whether the information indicates that the Account Holder is a U.S. Person. Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.2.10. Consultant shall therefore not allow any sub-consultant to commence work on any subcontract to perform any part of the Services until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the sub-consultant has secured all insurance required under this Agreement.
Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services The following table specifies methods of procurement, other than Quality and Cost-based Selection, which may be used for consultants’ services. Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
INFORMATION AND CONSULTATION 8.1 You are entitled, under the Data Protection Xxx 0000 to inspect personal information held on you in our housing files. We will provide photocopies of this information on request. We may make a charge of up to £10 for this. We will provide you with a copy of any such information we hold within forty days of your request in writing. You may have other rights under that Act in relation to your personal data, which we will honour. You are entitled to check information you have provided in connection with your housing application free of charge.
Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.
